Our Wash & Fold Services includes ‘everyday’ items that are machine washable and machine dryable, like:

• Clothing

• Shoes (if machine washable)

• Bed linens (sheets)

• Bathroom linens, towels

• Kitchen linens, towels, cloth napkins, basic fabric tablecloths

What is excluded from ‘everyday’ items (but is included in our Specialty Service):

• Delicates

• Bedding (pillows, quilts, coverlets, comforters, blankets, duvets, duvet covers)

• Curtains, drapes, fabric shower curtains

• Any item that is ‘Dry Clean Only’

• Pet bedding, clothing, or costumes

• Heavily soiled items with mud, grease/oil, or other soil that require presoaking

• Sweaters or other items that are ‘lie-flat’ or ‘hang’ to dry only

What is excluded from our services altogether (unless these items can be dry cleaned):

• Heavy coats/jackets

• Specialty sports attire

• Rugs or mats

• Formalwear (suits, neckties, bowties, trousers, cocktail dresses, evening dresses)

• Hats (that are not ‘everyday’ ball caps)

• Heavily decorated, beaded or sequined items

• Any item the staff feels is at-risk of damage if serviced
